Who we are
This website belongs to Oda Arkitekter AS, Sjøbodgaten 14, 5003 Bergen, Norway (org. no. 912 345 678). We decide how the details you send us are used. You can reach us at hei@odaarkitekter.no.
What we collect
Only what you choose to send through the contact form: your email address and the note you write about your site or project. The sketch pad stays in your browser; if you download a sketch and email it to us, we keep it with your enquiry.
We use these to reply to you and, if we work together, to plan your project. We don’t sell them or use them for advertising.
The site itself
The site is built and hosted with Framer, which serves the pages and fonts and may keep short-lived server logs (such as IP addresses) to keep the site running and secure. [Check your Framer site settings for analytics and cookies, and describe them here.]
Who else sees it
Form messages are stored by Framer, our website host, which processes them on our behalf, and forwarded to us by email. We keep project correspondence for as long as the project and its legal record-keeping require, and other enquiries for up to two years.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email us and we’ll reply within 30 days. If you think we’ve handled your data wrongly, you can complain to Datatilsynet, the Norwegian Data Protection Authority.
